TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping:

- Art Prints are made to order.  Expect 5-10 working days for UK deliveries, 10-15 working days for International deliveries.

- Art prints are delivered rolled, in cardboard postal tubes.  

- Paintings are packaged using bubble wrap and cardboard, with all efforts made to ensure zero damage in transit. Delivery times can be 10-20 working days dependent on Country and courier.

- It is the buyers responsibility to cover any potential custom charges that their order may incur.  Creative Curls is not responsible for any potential delivery delays as a result of Customs.

- Buyers who choose not to select tracked and shipped delivery do so at their own risk.  Creative Curls is not liable for lost packages, nor can we follow up any missing items if basic delivery has been selected.  For orders of a value over £50, we suggest that customers select the tracked option for insurance purposes.

- As per the Royal Mail's guidelines, an item will only be considered to be 'lost' when it has failed to arrive after 28 business days.  

Returns:

- We do not accept returns for original paintings.  Please read the dimensions and canvas type before purchase to avoid disappointment.

- There are also no returns on art prints.
